Welcome to The London Show Show. By registering or attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🎟️ Ticket Entry
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or digital pass.
- No reissue of lost, damaged, or duplicate tickets will be provided.
🔐 Security & Safety
- Olympia London and Mountain Trade Network reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees as necessary for safety.
- Bag checks and security searches may be conducted at the venue entrance.
❌ Ticket Resale & Misuse
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
- Any tickets found to be resold or transferred illegally will be invalidated.
⛔ Altered or Invalid Tickets
- Defaced or altered tickets are void and will be refused.
- Entry limits may apply per person; excess tickets may be cancelled.
🔄 Event Changes
- The event programme is subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
- No refunds will be issued for schedule adjustments or speaker substitutions.
🧳 Personal Belongings
- Mountain Trade Network and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
📸 Photography & Recording
- The event may be filmed or photographed for promotional and security use.
- Attendees are welcome to capture content for personal, non-commercial use only.
🚫 Commercial Use
- Commercial activity (filming, photography, sales, canvassing, or leafleting) is prohibited unless pre-approved by the organizer.
🐾 Pets
- Only registered support dogs are allowed in the venue. No other animals are permitted.
🕘 Arrival & Late Entry
- Please arrive early. Latecomers may not be granted access to scheduled sessions or performances.
🍷 Legal Restrictions
- Under-18s are not permitted to sample or purchase alcohol or bladed products, in line with UK law.

🗣️ Complaints & Support
- Any concerns should be raised with the event team during the show where possible. We aim to resolve issues promptly.
