Mike is a ski journalist, photographer and professional ski instructor based in Cardiff, Wales. He came to the sport later in life – spending his first ski season as a chalet host in Ellmau, Austria in 1993 at 27 years of age – and has skied every year since in over 170 resorts and backcountry areas across 25 countries and 5 continents including his beloved Brecon Beacons National Park.
