Marco Pappalardo is the Marketing Director of Dolomiti Superski, one of the largest ski resorts in the world, located in the Italian Dolomites and well-known for the nature and indulgence experience it offers. He has played a pivotal role in promoting the destination to both European and international audiences.
Marco holds a degree in Economics and Management from the renowned University of Trento and has specialised in Tourism and Marketing throughout his career. Prior to joining Dolomiti Superski, he gained experience in various marketing roles within the tourism sector giving him deep insight into the unique needs of the mountain tourism industry. Among others, he relevantly contributed to the growth and development of the South Tyrol brand.
At Dolomiti Superski, thanks to this great passion for new technologies, Marco has focused on modernising the brand’s approach by integrating digital strategies and working closely on the introduction of sustainable tourism practices, such as reducing the environmental impact of ski lifts and infrastructure.
In his personal time, he enjoys outdoor activities, particularly skiing, which aligns with his professional commitment to promoting the Dolomites as a top destination for winter sports. His efforts have been crucial in expanding the resort’s presence on an international scale.
