Jim started his ski life as a seasonaire in Tignes twenty years ago and never really left the mountains. Since then he has worked for several ski companies and skied resorts across the Alps and beyond. Today he is online editor of Fall Line, the UK’s specialist skiing magazine, and lives in the Aravis mountains of Haute-Savoie, a short drive from La Clusaz. A freeride and backcountry enthusiast, he spends his winters in the Alps and his working life among the people who run them.
