SBiT – Seasonal Business in Travel

Seasonal Businesses in Travel (SBiT) is the UK trade organisation dedicated to representing and supporting businesses operating seasonal holidays across Europe, including the ski industry.

Founded in 2016, this not-for-profit organisation represents over 120 UK travel businesses, giving the sector a stronger collective voice on issues affecting seasonal operations and employment.

Since Brexit, SBiT has played an important role in helping members navigate the complexities of EU work permits, visas and employment regulations. Through practical advice, industry updates, workshops and webinars, it helps businesses understand their obligations and operate successfully.

SBiT also works directly with UK and European governments to advocate for policies that protect seasonal employment, support British travel businesses and encourage a sustainable future for the industry.

From ski operators and chalet companies to other seasonal travel providers, SBiT champions the businesses and people behind Europe’s holiday experiences.
