To celebrate the charity’s 20th Anniversary, Switch180 are putting on a very special event to raise funds for their programme Snow Camp. It’s going to be their biggest, most exciting, and most ambitious alpine event yet.
Sponsored by AJ Bell, the 3 Valley Rally will take place in Val Thorens on the 15th-18th April 2023, at the heart of Les 3 Vallées skiing area in France. To celebrate the occasion, they will be taking over one of the most prestigious hotels the area has to offer, the 5-star Le Fitz Roy, where Michelin star quality food, drink and entertainment will be provided throughout the weekend.
Since this is their 20th anniversary, they are hoping to bring together 20 teams to take on the multi-discipline challenge across the mountains, competing for the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally Cup over the course of 2 days. Challenges include biathlon, a snowshoe hike, the downhill parallel slalom, a team distance challenge, orienteering and the longest zip wire in France. No experience necessary in any of these events.
There will be a number of VIP guests taking part in the event including Jenny Jones, Chemmy Alcott, Graham Bell, Warren Smith, Emily Sarsfield and more big names to follow.
Snow Camp have worked hard for the past 20 years to help change young lives for the better, and even after the setbacks of the pandemic, their courses are now back at capacity and going from strength to strength. Funds raised from the AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally will provide much needed support to young people across the UK.
