Roz is a skier with a passion for making the mountains accessible to everyone. After working seasons as an instructor and later behind the scenes in chalet operations, Roz is now proud to work for Disability Snowsport UK, helping to build a vision of mountains free from barriers.
Believing that everyone has a part to play in creating more inclusive snowsport, Roz enjoys building relationships across the snowsports sector and beyond. Through this work, Roz aims to shine a light on accessibility, challenge perceptions and celebrate the positive impact that inclusive sport can have on people and communities.
