Outpeak Academy

Outpeak Academy is a Swedish organisation dedicated to helping people turn their passion for skiing and snowboarding into something bigger. We educate and develop ski and snowboard instructors around the world, combining professional training with the opportunity to experience life in the mountains and work a full winter season abroad.

Our programmes are designed for people who want more than just a qualification. Participants train with experienced professionals, gain recognized instructor certifications and receive support throughout the entire journey. From preparation and training to finding employment, accommodation and settling into life at a ski resort.

Today, Outpeak operates international instructor programmes across some of the world’s most exciting mountain destinations, including Austria, Spain, Canada, Andorra and Argentina. We work closely with ski schools, instructor associations and resorts to create a clear pathway from training to employment.

Outpeak also owns and operates three ski schools in Spain, located in Sierra Nevada and the Pyrenees. This gives us a unique perspective: we don’t only train instructors, we employ them and work with guests on the mountain every day. It allows us to understand exactly what ski schools are looking for and prepare our participants for the reality of working as an instructor.

At the heart of Outpeak is the experience of doing a season abroad – meeting people from around the world, developing new skills, becoming part of a mountain community and creating memories that stay with you long after the snow has melted.
