Lee-Steve Jackson is one of the UK’s most accomplished biathletes, with a career that spans two
Olympic Games, multiple World Championships and almost two decades representing Great Britain
on the international circuit. Known for his technical precision and endurance, he has trained and
competed on some of the world’s most iconic trails.
Beyond competition, Lee has dedicated himself to coaching and education. As a BASI (British
Association of Snowsport Instructors) Nordic Trainer, he develops the next generation of cross-
country ski instructors while bringing world-class coaching to athletes of all levels. His unique blend
of Olympic experience, teaching expertise and passion for the sport ensures every skier he works with
benefits from both knowledge and inspiration.
Lee is an avid windsurfer and in the summer months finds himself on the South coast teaching
windsurfing and out playing on the water in his spare time.
