Austin Grippo is a sales leader and strategist at Salesforce, where he helps some of the world’s largest Retail and Consumer Goods companies transform how they work with Agentic AI. His career has taken him across global markets, building high-performing teams and shaping innovative go-to-market strategies.
Beyond the office, Austin’s lifelong love of the outdoors drives both his personal passions and his philanthropic commitments. Originally from the East Coast of the United States, he grew up skiing across the country, developing a deep appreciation for the mountains and wild places. Before moving to the UK, he was based in Northern California, where he first connected with Protect Our Winters (POW) while skiing in North Lake Tahoe and seeing Jeremy Jones and his family on the mountain. That experience cemented his commitment to environmental advocacy and protecting the places we love.
Now based in the UK, Austin channels that passion into action—leading Salesforce’s annual charity cycle ride. This year’s ride took the team from Avignon to Nice, following in the footsteps of Tour de France professionals, with every kilometre raising vital funds for POW UK. Looking ahead, the team is already exploring new challenges across Europe to grow the impact even further.
An endurance athlete at heart, Austin competes in stand-up paddle board races, takes on long-distance cycling challenges, and is currently training with the goal of completing an Ironman in 2026/27. Whether in sport, business, or activism, his biggest priority is to keep the outdoors wild and to use the power of big business as a conduit for big change.
